Arranged across three floors, the house offers generous and flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests, with six bedrooms, several bathrooms and multiple spaces to relax and socialise. Large windows and Crittall-style doors make the most of the spectacular coastal setting, with views across Rhosneigr Beach from several areas of the house.

Living Spaces
Wylfa has been designed with larger groups in mind, offering plenty of space to spend time together while also providing quieter areas to escape to.
The main open-plan living area is flooded with natural light and enjoys beautiful views towards the beach. Comfortable seating creates a welcoming space for relaxing after a day exploring the coast, while the additional lounges provide flexibility for different generations and groups to enjoy their own space.
Upstairs, a second living area offers an elevated viewpoint across Rhosneigr Beach, making it the perfect spot to watch the surfers during the day or enjoy the sea views and stargazing in the evening.

Kitchen and Dining
The impressive open-plan kitchen and dining space is the social heart of Wylfa. A large granite island provides plenty of preparation space and doubles as a natural gathering point for guests, while the generous dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from relaxed breakfasts to group dinners and includes electric ovens, a steam oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and wine chiller.
When the weather allows, the dining terrace provides another wonderful setting for meals, with outdoor dining for up to 12 guests and a barbecue for relaxed summer entertaining.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Wylfa has six bedrooms arranged across the ground floor and top floor, providing a mixture of super king, king, double and bunk accommodation to suit families and groups.
The bedrooms are complemented by several bathrooms and shower rooms throughout the house, including an en-suite walk-in shower room serving the principal super king bedroom. The second-floor family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, basin and WC, while additional shower rooms are located on the ground and first floors.

Gardens
The newly renovated rear garden is designed for entertaining and is one of Wylfa’s standout features.
A dedicated garden games room includes its own bar and 9ft shuffleboard table, creating a fantastic space for evenings with friends and family. The spacious dining terrace seats up to 12 and is perfect for outdoor meals and long summer evenings, with a barbecue available for guests.
The elevated six-person hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach, while the private terrace provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by fresh coastal air.
Off-road parking is available for three cars, with additional parking available on request.
