A double staircase, highlighted by a striking Verpan seashell chandelier, leads upstairs to five spacious en suite bedrooms, some featuring four-poster beds, all adorned with American oak flooring, Ralph Lauren bed stools, and curated design accents
Each bedroom offers a walk-in dressing room, private terrace, and a luxurious bathroom with Hansgrohe rain showers, Ann Sacks mosaic tiles, and marble vanities.
The master suite boasts a large bathtub positioned beneath a floor-to-ceiling window, framing sweeping garden views down to the beach.
The newly added 6th bedroom is in a separate annex, with a queen-sized bed, en suite shower, and air-conditioning, ideal for guests traveling with staff.

Living Room
The expansive open-plan living area is decorated in calming neutral tones, with pale limestone floors and a striking local coral feature wall. Large windows maximize the stunning sea and pool views. Living and dining spaces are furnished with designer pieces from Maxalto, Christian Liaigre, Ralph Lauren, and a pair of B&B Italia sofas.

Kitchen & Dining
The sleek Boffi kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a large breakfast table, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can dine around the grand bespoke Whetstone Oak table or al fresco in one of two shaded outdoor areas. A private cook can prepare tailored menus from the villa’s dedicated chef’s kitchen.

Other Spaces
A glass-walled study, a state-of-the-art gym with sea views, and a media room with a large television. Sonos sound systems are installed in all main areas. Coastal artworks are featured throughout, including pieces by Nicola Bealing and Guy Leclef, handpicked by Simon Nixon

The Gardens
The villa features a sleek 25m mosaic-lined pool surrounded by limestone tiles and sun loungers. Set within approximately 1.2 acres of landscaped gardens with palm trees, scented shrubs, and a spice garden. Two shaded dining areas and a yoga pavilion are available, and a pebbled path leads directly to a protected beach.
