The Paddocks by Birch Stays

The Paddocks has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and togetherness. Across its three floors, you’ll find bright social spaces, elegant bedrooms, and every modern comfort.

The grand living room overlooks the gardens and opens into the games room — complete with pool table, bar, Xbox console, darts, and board games. There’s also a fully equipped gym and sauna wing, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

A large, open-plan kitchen brings the whole group together. With gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, and all cookware essentials, it’s ready for everything from group dinners to lazy breakfasts. There’s also a spacious dining table and a kitchen island for casual meals or evening wine.

(Note: gas bottles are replaced by the The Paddocks team — guests should not attempt to change them.)

Step outside to discover beautifully landscaped gardens, terraces for outdoor dining, and tranquil lake views. Guests can enjoy the rowing boat (life vests required for children), explore walking trails, or simply gather around the firepits at sunset.

Three horses and two miniature Shetland ponies also live on the estate — a charming touch for animal lovers (please do not enter stables or paddocks without permission).
