Cliff Top is a spacious, easy going coastal retreat designed with families and groups in mind. Sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and a flexible downstairs sunroom with a sofa bed, the layout is made for shared moments and a little breathing room, too. Whether you're gathering for long, laughter-filled dinners at the big dining table or curling up for a film night in the cosy lounge, this is a home that lets everyone find their rhythm.
The kitchen is warm and well-equipped – great for everything from laid-back breakfasts to big holiday spreads, complete with an Aga and coffee machine for slow starts and second helpings. You’ll find thoughtful touches throughout: a Bluetooth speaker for setting the mood, board games for rainy afternoons, and soft seating by the fireplace for the post-beach unwind.

Sunlight pours through the windows, filling every room with an airy, coastal calm. The décor is relaxed and homely – the kind of place where you can kick off your shoes, pour a glass of wine, and feel instantly at ease.

Bedrooms
Cliff Top sleeps up to 8 guests in four restful, light-filled bedrooms: a generous super king room with seating area and panoramic sea view (which can be split into twins), a further super king / twin with views across the peninsula, a cosy queen with sea views, and a twin room with side sea views ideal for children or solo guests. Downstairs, the sunroom offers extra flexibility with a comfy double sofa bed (perfect for less mobile guests) or a quiet morning coffee spot. Each space is calm, comfortable, and designed for a great night’s sleep after a day by the sea.

Whether you’re cooking, chatting, reading, or relaxing, the living spaces at Cliff Top bring everyone together. There’s room for the whole gang to gather by the fire or enjoy a movie, and just as much space to spread out and enjoy a peaceful moment on your own.

Gardens
The garden is pure coastal joy – vast, private, and made for memory-making. Kids will love the tree swings and mini football pitch, while grown-ups can light the BBQ, pour a drink on the decking as the sky turns pink, or truly unwind in the six-person jacuzzi and insulated sauna. A dedicated changing room with shower and toilet makes it easy to move from sea swim to spa soak in total comfort. With sweeping views out over the water and space for everyone to roam, relax, and reconnect, this is outdoor living at its very best.
