Yellison and Higher Scarcliffe are two of the larger properties on the estate and so are perfect for medium or larger families or groups. Yellison sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms whilst Higher Scarcliffe sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.

Both properties have been lovingly renovated to ensure that you have all the modern features required for an effortless and relaxing stay whilst offering you modern and unique interiors to make your stay unforgettable.

You’ll also be able to enjoy the history and heritage of two beautiful buildings at the heart of a country estate dating back to the 11th century.

There’s plenty to do as Broughton Estate has a nature reserve, acres of woodland, outdoor dining, wild swimming and a dedicated wellness centre for activities and sessions which can be booked separately.

You’re also right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales and numerous amazing walking trails and cycle paths. There won’t be a dull moment while you’re staying on Broughton Sanctuary Estate.

Yellison is our lovingly restored farm at the heart of the Broughton Sanctuary Estate, situated in breathtaking scenery and countryside. This charming traditional farmhouse offers 4 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 8 guests and can also cater to your furry friends too.

To add to the stunning scenery and surroundings of the farmhouse is a wild reservoir with amazing nature and wildlife for you to explore and observe whilst you relax on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

If that wasn’t enough, Yellison offers you a base to explore that has been decorated to encapsulate the cosy traditional nature of the rural farmhouse with many original features including a modern log burner.

Yellison is also just a short walk from a fantastic local pub and if that weren’t enough, we’re also offering you free breakfast at our amazing Utopia.

Designed with love and tradition, the farm house can cater for groups of friends, families, furry family members or colleagues looking to bond away from the office.

Higher Scarcliffe
