Located just a five-minute drive from Avalon Wellbeing Centre and Utopia Bistro, guests can enjoy both peaceful seclusion and convenient access to local amenities and attractions.

The farmhouse offers welcoming and comfortable living areas designed for relaxing after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The spacious sitting room provides a cosy setting for spending time together, while the practical utility room and cloakroom add convenience for longer stays.

At the heart of the home is a large kitchen and dining room, providing plenty of space for cooking, dining and socialising. Whether preparing hearty breakfasts before a day of adventure or enjoying relaxed evening meals together, this sociable space is ideal for groups and families.

Leisure Suite

Guests have access to Avalon, the estate’s dedicated wellbeing centre, a short drive from the property. Facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydro pool, and gym, alongside a weekly programme of wellness classes. A daily 2-hour pool suite session is available (10:00–12:00, subject to availability), with additional sessions bookable at an extra cost.

Price is £20 per adult / £10 per child for the 2-hour session.

Upstairs, the farmhouse features three beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms. Each room is furnished with a super king-size zip-and-link bed, allowing flexible configurations as either a luxurious double or two single beds.
