Guests also have exclusive use of a beach hut in Lyme Regis, access to the estate's private beach, and on site parking with EV charging.
A spectacular modern house of around 5,000 square feet, set within a Victorian walled garden, with views across the garden to the sea.
Sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, with five bathrooms in total: three ensuite, one family bathroom, one downstairs shower room and one WC. The house was designed and furnished with tall guests in mind (the owner included), so shower heads are extra height adjustable and the larger beds are long, without footboards.
Bedrooms: bedroom one, super king, ensuite. Bedroom two, super king, ensuite. Bedroom three, king, ensuite, with total blackout curtains. Bedroom four, twin. Bedroom five, twin. Bedroom six, super king or twin on request.
Living and dining: a south facing double height conservatory sits at the centre of the house, flooding the space with light and providing a relaxing seating area overlooking the garden. The kitchen has a five ring gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, two dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge freezer, Ninja air fryer and steel worktops, built around a large custom-made dining table that seats 12.
Living spaces include a Smart TV, Sonos sound system, a record player and DVD player, plus a games console and a log burner.
A first floor mezzanine has a viewing platform over the Jurassic Coast and Lyme Bay, with a telescope for stargazing. Outside, the garden includes an arched pavilion and a turret looking out to the coast.
For families: a travel cot and high chair are provided, along with a wooden train set, a box of dinosaurs, a doll's house, board games, jigsaws and bookcases of books. Outside there's a football goal, garden Jenga and a games box.
Practical bits: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and clothes horse. Bed linen, towels, hairdryers, shampoo, body wash and hand wash provided, along with basic cleaning and cooking essentials. One small dog is welcome (own dog bed required; no pets on furniture or left home alone).
Outside: the walled garden is private, though not fully enclosed, with lawns, an outside terrace, seating and dining areas, a hammock and a charcoal BBQ. Parking for up to five cars with an EV charger. Guests have exclusive use of the beach hut on Marine Parade, and access to the estate's private beach at Charton Bay.
