Please note: the cottage is located on a road leading to a nearby industrial estate. The area is generally calm, especially evenings and weekends, though there may be occasional weekday traffic noise from passing lorries.

Outside, the cottage enjoys a lovely front garden, a perfect suntrap and an ideal spot to take in the sweeping countryside views. Convenient parking is available just opposite the house, along the private lane. Please note: while the property is pet-friendly, the garden is not enclosed.
