Four are located on the ground floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, while the two upstairs bedrooms share a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. Beds can be configured as either sumptuous super kings or twin singles to suit your needs. Every room comes with thoughtful touches, including Temple Spa toiletries, a hairdryer, heat-protector mat for styling tools, and an emergency torch, ensuring comfort, convenience, and a truly restful night’s sleep

Open Plan Kitchen and Living Space
Upstairs, The Vale Barn’s stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home. Framed by original beams, soaring ceilings, and exposed brickwork, this impressive communal space is designed for guests to gather, cook, share stories, and unwind together. Flooded with natural light and warmed by its welcoming atmosphere, it offers a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, a large induction hob, blender, American fridge freezer, wine cooler, and generous pantry space, making it a cook’s dream.

Relax into sumptuous sofas or enjoy the cosy window seating with far-reaching views across The Vale. When it’s movie time, the 52-inch smart TV awaits, and for memorable meals, the handcrafted dining table seats up to 14 guests beside a roaring log fire. Whether it’s lively celebrations or quiet evenings in, this space brings everyone together in comfort and style.

Boot Room & Utility 
The light and airy boot room provides plenty of space to store coats, boots, and all your outdoor gear, with spare umbrellas ready for those unexpected rainy days. Adjacent, the fully equipped utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and board, plus a supply of 12 grey towels, ideal for beach trips or drying off after a day of outdoor adventures.

Studio Space
The Studio Space is a versatile area designed for both fun and relaxation. When set up as a games room, it’s equipped with a ping-pong table, foosball table, extendable table with chairs, a selection of games, a handy kitchenette, and a downstairs loo, perfect for hours of entertainment. For yoga retreats or mindful mornings, the space transforms into a serene practice studio. Three complimentary mats are provided for regular holiday stays, and a full collection of yoga equipment is available to hire for £150, just contact us to arrange. 

Outside
The outdoor space at The Vale Barn is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. With private off-road parking for up to 10 vehicles, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and comfortable seating for dining or unwinding, it’s perfect for gatherings of any size. A grassy paddock at the front adds open space, while the living room window seat offers sweeping views across the stunning Vale of Clwyd, ideal for soaking up the scenery at any time of day.
