Another level down, the rec room is packed with fun, boasting billiards, foosball, an authentic Ms. Pacman machine, a comfortable sitting area with a TV, a wet bar, and a half bathroom.

The lower level features a cozy family room with a massive 75” Smart TV and plenty of seating. A sauna adds an extra touch of luxury, ideal for soothing sore muscles after a day of mountain adventures. Adjacent to the family room is a large ski and gear storage room, complete with boot dryers and ski racks, designed for easy access and drying gear before entering the home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This home provides seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for guests and family alike.

The upper level hosts the spacious primary king bedroom, complete with a fireplace, TV, a dedicated desk for remote work, and private access to a deck. The ensuite bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.

Nearby, a split king suite includes a TV, vanity with sink, and shares a hall bath. Additional upper-level bedrooms include a king suite with a private bath and TV, and another split king room that shares the hall bath. Both split king rooms are flexible, easily converted between a king bed or two extra-long twin beds. The upper foyer offers a cozy sitting area with plush chairs for quiet reading or relaxation.

On the lower level, two comfortable bedrooms — one queen and one split king — share a fully upgraded bathroom. Both bedrooms have new carpet, lighting, furniture, and individual vanities with sinks. All bathrooms throughout the home have been updated with new tile, flooring, lighting, countertops, and fixtures.

Parking includes a 2-car garage plus space for two additional vehicles in the driveway. Due to the steep incline of Trails Edge Road, four-wheel drive is recommended during winter months.
