The chef’s kitchen offers professional-grade appliances, a generous island with five counter stools, and a walk-in butler’s pantry. Adjacent are an espresso and cocktail bar and a breakfast nook seating 10. The formal dining room comfortably seats 12. Downstairs, the entertainment continues with a wet bar, billiards table, Nintendo Switch gaming lounge, and a private theatre with a 100” screen and state-of-the-art sound. Radiant in-floor heating, an elevator to all levels, Sonos whole-house sound, and three sets of washers and dryers ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This expansive, three-story home features seven luxurious bedrooms and thoughtfully appointed bathrooms, ideal for accommodating large groups and families. On the main level, the primary king suite offers mountain views, a gas fireplace framed with reclaimed whiskey barrels, a spa-like ensuite with a copper soaking tub, steam shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet, and its own laundry.

Upstairs, you'll find a cosy loft space ("The Hang") with hanging chairs for relaxation, along with three additional bedrooms: two king suites (one with deck access and both with TVs), and a double twin room with a shared hall bath. The lower level hosts two more bedrooms—a king suite and a custom-built bunkroom sleeping six with a private bath. A queen pull-out sofa in the gaming room provides additional sleeping space. Every bedroom is crafted for comfort and privacy, making it easy for guests to unwind after adventure-filled days.

Outdoor Space
Blue Spruce Lodge's outdoor areas are as impressive as its interiors. Ski access couldn’t be more convenient—intermediate skiers can ski directly to and from the driveway or via nearby neighbourhood trails, while beginners can take advantage of the complimentary on-call shuttle to Peak 8. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to One Ski Hill Place amenities, including an indoor pool, bowling alley, theatre rooms, day spa, restaurants, and shuttle service. With a heated 2-bay garage, parking for five vehicles, and pet-friendly options (with approval), Blue Spruce Lodge is perfectly suited for your next luxurious mountain escape. 4WD required in winter.
