Lounge & Dining Space
The main living space sits on the top floor, where high vaulted ceilings, impressive timber beams, and original stone walls create a striking yet welcoming setting. At one end of the large open-plan room, the comfortable lounge area provides seating for up to ten guests, centred around a cosy log burner and a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, perfect for relaxing evenings together.

The spacious dining area also seats ten with ease, making it ideal for long, sociable meals and memorable gatherings with family and friends.

Kitchen
Just through an archway from the main living space is the fully equipped kitchen, designed with everything you need to cook up a feast. It features a large range cooker with an induction hob, a full-height fridge, an additional fridge-freezer for extra supplies, and two dishwashers to make clearing up quick and easy after meals together.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The middle (ground) floor features three comfortable bedrooms and the main family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, while Bedroom 2 also offers a king-size bed along with a private toilet and sink. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed. This floor also includes the spacious family bathroom, complete with a double-ended freestanding bath and a large separate shower, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring.

On the lower ground floor, you’ll find two further bedrooms: Bedroom 4 with a king-size bed and Bedroom 5 with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Completing this level is a cosy snug with a king-size sofa bed (available by prior request) and a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, offering a quiet space to relax or an extra sleeping area if needed.

Outside
The property also enjoys its own private garden and patio area, perfect for making the most of the countryside setting. There is outdoor dining for up to ten guests, along with a gas BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven for relaxed evenings cooking and eating together outside. A seven-person hot tub and a hammock beneath the trees provide the perfect spots to unwind and soak up the peaceful surroundings. (The pizza oven, BBQ and hammock are available from April to October.)

Beyond the garden, guests are welcome to explore the shared play area, wander through the woodland and along the stream, or make use of the public footpath that passes the property. Children can also enjoy the rope swing and hay bales in the hay barn at weekends and during school holidays (until 7pm).
