Steeped in 260 years of history, Mill House is a lovingly restored grain mill where heritage meets contemporary design. Original cogs and grinding stones create striking focal points for breakout discussions, while bespoke interiors, a handmade kitchen, and the Piggeries, a unique dining and wellness space, collaboration and rejuvenation. Set in a dramatic valley near Trefeglwys (between Llanidloes and Machynlleth), it spans ten acres of meadows and woodland adjacent to a 150-acre working farm. Exclusive access to the Piggeries via a covered walkway includes a dining area, bar, and treatment room, perfect for team meals, evening networking, or wellness sessions.

Step inside to character-rich spaces where ancient history inspires modern thinking. Original mill cogs and grinding stones blend with contemporary interiors, ideal for informal huddles. The stone hallway leads to a boot-room for practical storage after outdoor team activities, plus a downstairs cloakroom with striking wallpaper.

The handmade kitchen is a standout, equipped for catered working lunches or group catering, flowing into a generous dining area with a 10-seater table for strategy meetings. Two living spaces share a double-sided wood-burning stove, with deep sofas perfect for debriefs or downtime.

Outside, a designed arbour by orchard apple trees hosts alfresco dining, or huddle around the fire pit for cosy evening storytelling. The handcrafted Heartwood Sauna (adults only), outdoor shower, and river steps provide spa-like wellness. Explore the three-acre conservation area and private walking paths through fields and woodland for guided hikes
