The Home
This stunning little number in the heart of Birch Farmhouse is where the fun is at. It’s got the kind of features that really do make this a one off. It’s luxury but with a chance to let loose. Whether that’s in the sauna, the heated pool or the hot tub, we’ve got enough here for you to really relax or party in style.

The newest edition to the estate, The Granary has been designed for you to celebrate and have a good time. It’s got an X box, a pool table, a huge dining area seating 16 as well as the pool. This is the ideal place for large groups to really reconnect and let go.

The features across this house really are a treat for groups looking for something really out of the ordinary, and the house has been designed specifically with socialising and group interaction in mind.

The design of this house encourages groups to spend time together with all the bedrooms located on the ground floor. As you walk through the large doors you’re greeted by a large common area, with the bedrooms to the rear of the building. There are 6 in total here and from there you can climb the stair up into the loft room which has a large dining area seating 16 as well as a lounging area and a large well equipped kitchen.

Across the way in the courtyard is the 7th bedroom as well as the games room with a pool table and also the indoor heated pool.
