This amazing holiday home isn’t just about the pool, though, it’s full of brilliant features to make your getaway properly unforgettable. It’s the perfect place for big groups looking for fun and adventure.

You might decide to make the most of the games room, and you’d be right to because it’s jam packed with Foosball, table tennis and pool, as well as boasting an XL chess board to challenge your friends and family in a unique way.

The home is designed with true community and togetherness in mind with a super sized dining table seating up to 30 people to ensure you’re spending those important moments together in the best possible way.

There’s the outdoor garden area too that’s got a BBQ, an outdoor kitchen and a firepit so that regardless of the weather you can really make the most of the impressive outdoor area.

The bedrooms and home are decorated with modern and vibrant interiors whilst maintaining the tradition and heritage of the original barn setting.

You do, of course, also have access to the facilities of the wider Birch Farmhouse facilities, meaning it’s unlikely you’ll feel the need to leave the farmhouse estate but if you fancy an adventure you’re within driving distance of the nearest town as well as walking distance to charming smaller villages with pubs and shops. For those wanting to venture a bit further afield you’re not too far from the famous city of Bath.
