Tucked in a peaceful Welsh valley, this light-filled oak-framed barn with panoramic views and cosy spaces is perfect for group celebrations, family and corporate retreats, with space for large group activities, and team off-sites. Designed to celebrate its surroundings, Hay Barn offers panoramic vistas across fields, river, and ancient hills.

Five design-led bedrooms, an open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen support productive group stays, whether you're hosting a retreat or gathering loved ones. Outside, a gravel garden and stone terrace extend the space for everything from outdoor meetings and workshops to relaxed family meals, celebrations, or simply unwinding together in rural Mid Wales.

Key features
- Sleeping 10 guests
- 5 king size bedrooms (4 en-suite, 1 hallway bathroom)
- Panoramic full-height windows with Welsh hill views
- Open-plan kitchen, dining & living with wood-burning stove
- Stone terrace + 10-seater alfresco table
- Gravel garden & native tree framing

Enter via a stylish pivot door into light-filled oak-framed interiors blending tradition and contemporary design. Three mid-level king-size en-suite doubles offer easy access; two second-floor king-size rooms (one en-suite, one with hallway bathroom) provide elevated views. Distinctive features include garden access from bedroom two and a full-height picture window in bedroom five framing uninterrupted countryside, ideal for inspiration. Bathrooms feature refined Mandarin Stone pink tiles, sage vanities, and Edward Bulmer paints; original Su France Earth Pigment prints add character.

The kitchen draws from local Welsh stone tones, with high-spec Scandinavian lighting. Open-plan flow connects the equipped kitchen, sociable dining area, and living space with wood-burning stove, L-shaped sofa, and Ukrainian woollen hanging, prefect for collaborative hubs. Welsh larch cladding and Corten detailing integrate with the landscape. A grass-planted gravel garden leads to a stone terrace with native trees, 10-seater table, and space for morning strategy sessions, alfresco dining, or immersive countryside breaks.
