The villa spans three levels, beginning with a grand entrance that opens into spacious living areas. The tastefully furnished lounge features a stone-built fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. Adjacent is the dining area, with a modern glass-topped table for eight, while the chef’s kitchen, equipped with dark wood units, an integral dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, and hob, provides everything you need for gourmet meals. French doors at all sides of the villa open to reveal scenic views of the pool and garden, enhancing the seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.

To the left of the lounge, an inner hall leads to a guest WC and the first of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms. This twin bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and shuttered French doors that open to the pool terrace.

Up the marble staircase, the landing leads to a shaded upper terrace that provides breathtaking views over the resort, the golf course, and the crystal-clear sea. The master bedroom on this level is a serene retreat, with a double bed, ample dressing space, and an en-suite shower room featuring "his and hers" wash basins. French doors open to a private balcony, offering the perfect spot for enjoying the villa’s spectacular surroundings.

The lower level offers two additional twin bedrooms (zip & lock beds), each with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. One room has an en-suite shower room, while the other shares a similar shower room located just outside. The latter also has a door leading to the rear garden and pool area.

For added convenience, the lower level also includes a utility room with a washing machine.

Outside, Sunset Ridgeboasts an impressive 6m x 12m overflow swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace. Ample loungers, a poolside shower, and a table tennis setup invite relaxation and fun. The outdoor dining area includes a covered section with a table and chairs, while a large shaded area features a gas barbeque and sink, perfect for alfresco dining. The lawned garden, bordered by fragrant bushes, offers the ultimate in relaxation.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge, and all the resort’s facilities, including the Aphrodite Hills Hotel, are available for guests at a fee (subject to availability).
