At the heart of the property is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen featuring French doors that open onto the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or summer evening meals. The adjoining dining room offers a warm, elegant space for entertaining, while a separate utility and boot room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer—ideal for muddy boots and longer stays. A convenient downstairs WC adds further practicality.

The lounge is beautifully styled with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, and a smart TV for entertainment.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed, tasteful décor, and lovely countryside views. Bedroom 1 also features a super king bed, while Bedroom 2 is fitted with twin beds—perfect for children or friends sharing. All three bedrooms include luxurious en-suite bathrooms designed for comfort and privacy.

Outdoor Space
The garden enjoys uninterrupted countryside views and includes a patio with outdoor dining furniture, a lawned area, and a wooden shed. Please note the garden is not fully enclosed, so young children and pets should be supervised.

Parking is available for two cars, and an EV charging point is provided on site.

Sustainability

We are dedicated to the long-term sustainability of the estate and strive to minimise our impact on the environment and surrounding landscape. Most of our heating and hot water is generated by a sustainable wood pellet biomass system, and we also produce renewable energy through solar power. As part of our commitment to reforestation and biodiversity, we have recently planted over 11,500 trees, with more planned in the near future. We're working hard to eliminate single-use plastics across the estate and use natural, eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. Recycling is a priority for us, and we aim to reduce waste in every area of operation. To support greener travel, we have installed electric vehicle charging points for guests and visitors.
