Grand Living Spaces
The ground floor centres around a large, country-style kitchen and dining area—truly the heart of the home. Fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, electric hob and oven, and a Nespresso machine, it’s ready for anything from casual snacks to full family meals. Just off the kitchen, a spacious lobby and boot room provide plenty of storage for coats, boots, and outdoor gear, keeping everything neat and organised.

An open staircase leads to a versatile open-plan lounge on the upper floor, which doubles as a games and reading area—perfect for relaxed evenings, family games, or a quiet cup of tea with a view.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All four bedrooms are located on the same floor for convenience and comfort. Each has been thoughtfully styled to create a peaceful, restful atmosphere, offering privacy and cosiness after a day exploring the countryside.

Outdoor Space
The fully enclosed garden is ideal for families, offering a safe space for children to play and a lovely setting for alfresco dining. Guests can enjoy the use of outdoor furniture and a BBQ (charcoal not provided).

There’s private parking available for up to three cars and an EV charging point on site, ensuring convenience for electric vehicle users.

Sustainability

We are dedicated to the long-term sustainability of the estate and strive to minimise our impact on the environment and surrounding landscape. Most of our heating and hot water is generated by a sustainable wood pellet biomass system, and we also produce renewable energy through solar power. As part of our commitment to reforestation and biodiversity, we have recently planted over 11,500 trees, with more planned in the near future. We're working hard to eliminate single-use plastics across the estate and use natural, eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. Recycling is a priority for us, and we aim to reduce waste in every area of operation. To support greener travel, we have installed electric vehicle charging points for guests and visitors.
