Framed by striking stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, the space features a magnificent open fireplace and underfloor heating for year-round comfort. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the area with natural light and open onto a generous patio, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, offering everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together. A cosy mezzanine-level snug/TV room and a spacious entrance hall provide additional relaxation zones.

Accessed via a short flight of stairs in the modern wing, the barn includes four spacious bedrooms. These include a luxurious master suite with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and tranquillity, perfect for winding down after a day exploring the Cotswolds.
Outdoor Space
The fully enclosed private garden overlooks rolling countryside and includes a large, level lawn—ideal for children to play freely. The patio area, though open and featuring steps, offers a beautiful setting for outdoor dining (note: supervision is required for young children).
Guests have access to outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ (charcoal not provided). Parking is available for up to six vehicles, and there’s an EV charging point on site for added convenience.
Sustainability
We are dedicated to the long-term sustainability of the estate and strive to minimise our impact on the environment and surrounding landscape. Most of our heating and hot water is generated by a sustainable wood pellet biomass system, and we also produce renewable energy through solar power. As part of our commitment to reforestation and biodiversity, we have recently planted over 11,500 trees, with more planned in the near future. We're working hard to eliminate single-use plastics across the estate and use natural, eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. Recycling is a priority for us, and we aim to reduce waste in every area of operation. To support greener travel, we have installed electric vehicle charging points for guests and visitors.
