Throughout the house, luxurious details ensure comfort and style. A Stuv woodburner adds warmth to the cosy living room, while Gaggenau appliances enhance the bespoke kitchen. Guests can enjoy a cinema room for laid-back movie nights and a Peloton for staying active during their stay. Outside, an acre of landscaped gardens invites relaxation, with a sun-soaked terrace, loungers, and a barbecue area for al fresco dining. A private gate opens directly onto the South West Coast Path, leading to the golden sands of Booby’s Bay below.

The living room exudes a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, centred around a Stuv woodburner that casts a warm glow across the space. Plush sofas, rich leather accents, and luxurious textiles in natural tones create an inviting setting for relaxing with family or friends. A large, round games table provides the perfect spot for late-night Scrabble, Monopoly, or card game marathons, making it a space that’s both stylish and effortlessly sociable. Whether curling up with a book by the fire or enjoying a lively game night, the living room balances comfort and elegance in true coastal style.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All five bedrooms are beautifully appointed, each offering stunning sea views and a sumptuous ViSpring bed for the ultimate in comfort. Two of the rooms feature elegant oak four-poster beds, adding a touch of classic charm to the contemporary coastal style. The décor continues the home’s coastal-chic aesthetic, with a soothing deck-chair-inspired colour palette, bleached wood accents, and unique tree-trunk stools that bring texture and character to each space. Each bedroom enjoys a luxurious en suite bathroom, complete with Hansgrohe deluge showers and tiles by Fired Earth and Island Stone. Three of the rooms also feature a freestanding Castello bath, perfect for soaking while gazing out at the sea, a serene and indulgent retreat at the end of the day.
