The heart of the home is the cosy downstairs living area, providing a comfortable space for guests to gather, relax, and spend quality time together. Whether you're returning from a day of exploring or settling in for a quiet evening, the lounge offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A convenient ground-floor WC is also available for guests.

Kitchen and Dining

The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from leisurely breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides ample seating for the whole group, making shared meals and social gatherings easy and enjoyable.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The property offers flexible accommodation across four bedrooms. Three generously sized double bedrooms each benefit from their own private en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for couples or individual guests. On the top floor, the bunk room sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for children, teenagers, or friends sharing. A shared bathroom serves the bunk room.

Leisure Suite

Guests have access to Avalon, the estate’s dedicated wellbeing centre, a short drive from the property. Facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydro pool, and gym, alongside a weekly programme of wellness classes. A daily 2-hour pool suite session is available (10:00–12:00, subject to availability), with additional sessions bookable at an extra cost.

Price is £20 per adult / £10 per child for the 2-hour session.
