Terms and Conditions

All bookings made must be paid in full at the time of booking. The property is let for holiday use only and may not be sublet or used for any commercial purpose. The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. The guest agrees to take good care of the property and its contents and to leave it clean and tidy upon departure. Any damage, breakages, or missing items must be reported immediately and may be charged at cost. The owner accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during the rental period. In the unlikely event the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the owner’s control, all payments made will be refunded in full, and no further liability will be accepted.
